Hi All,
I am the main administrator for all my users who have various degrees of software suites under the Creative Cloud banner. Some are full Creativre Cloud users, some are Acrobat Pro only etc
I am able to log in and see all the account details, software assignments etc, but what I am unable to find is the contract start and renewal dates for each account. I need to know this information as I am responsible for who uses what when, and making sure that I am not paying for licenses when I can shift stuff about. I know each contract is a year, but unless I can find out when they start and stop, I will never be able to manage the contracts at a time fashion
Please can someone help me, I just can't be expected to go back over 4 years of various licenses

You can download the "License deficit report" and "License status report" from the admin console which would be able to give you some details about the license assignment.
However, the details of the users when they started using the license is unfortunately is not available at Adobe's end.
