How do I get the license key to apply when I deploy Acrobat Pro DC from SCCM?

I am using sccm 2012 to deploy adobe acrobat PRO XI DC and I can get it to deploy just fine but even when I put the license key in the customization wizard it asks for the license key again after the install.  Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi dollyw55276940,

Are you including the .mst file while installing Acrobat, as it includes all the licencing information else Acrobat will be installed as a trial version & will ask for the licencing key.

Regards,
Aadesh

Hi Dolly,

Once you customize the installer for Acrobat using Customization wizard, you have to run the setup.exe to apply the changes saved in the transform(AcroPro.mst) .

Also, after entering the license key in the customization wizard, use the "grant offline exception" to activate the software. This will activate the software offline so that you do not have to Sign in after you install and launch the software.

Thanks,

Tanvi
