How do I recover file from my personal cloud storage

I currently was working on my personal account but it was switch to a Company/ School account using the same email. After I switch all of my cloud storage files are gone. How do I recover the files from my old account.

You should ALWAYS keep backups of everthing on the cloud ! I suggest you sign in to the personal account and immediately download everything. Then back it up. Now you can upload to the new cloud if required.
