how do i renew enterprise licence?

Any ideas how do i renew my enterprise licence that is due to expire?

I have not been given a quote, I have emailed the account manager details that I have but no response, and the online support is slow and useless!

SuJoshi, I have not received any further contact about renewing my licences. 

I doi not understand how (or why) it is so dufficult to do this. 

Can you ask someone else to contact me, I have made multiple requests but have not yet been provided with a quote or a way to renew.
