The concept of invitations has gone away. So nothing to accept and it doesn't expire anymore. User can just sign-in with an account that has the email address that was added and begin using their apps and services.

Was this issue ever resolved short of deleting the user and re-enabling them?

Such a total pain in the backside...

As far as I can tell, no change to the admin portal to resend the invite link.  I had to recently (today) disengage a user and re-provision him and he did see a fresh invite.  I agree, the resend link option should have been left alone...sigh

This thread is hilarious.  I created a new ID, the user didn't get the email (spam filter issue) so they never set the password.  I ended up deleting and re-creating the account.  I don't think Adobe support understands the question.

I had to do the same. I think I didn't get the email as the email account was just created in M365 and it took some time for the mailbox to provision.
Had to delete the user in Adobe and re-add it then the Welcome Get Started email came through.

Adobe's support as a whole has dwindled over the years. The cvustomer experience is seemingly non-existent. I have had more Adobe folk completely mess up our account on multiple time. If Adobe did not have the foothold that they do in the market, they would fall out of favor quick. Adobe, your idea of the customer experience leave a bit to be desired. I am not sayying that you suck, but I am not saying much of anything else. Have someone from maketing call me and have another interview to solve problems.

We need to notify our new users of their licenses and send them a link to click when they are issued new machines. The invitation used to do that. Now the burden of notification and providing instructions for installation and login falls on me? This change makes my job more difficult, and I don't like paying more for decreased efficiency. Guess i will take the lesser of the less efficient options and remove and re-add users like everyone else. 😞
