How do you feel about how hard Adobe tries hiding ways one can reduce their number of licenses?
They don't have any direct way of doing it. After you're able to navigate through a maze of links and pages to find someone to speak to, the agent tries to waste time so you don't cancel. However, if you still have the fortitude to navigate your way through their agent and finally get confirmation it will be reduced, it's lunch time and you lost half your day on this.
These strategies are second to only a Turkish bazaar spice salesperson.
