Hello,
We have AD in place but do not yet have an administrative tool like Dell KACE or MS-SCCM in place. I have users that need access to install the CS updates and the packaged applications with out having privileged access to install any other application, updates or make any system changes. I presume it is only a matter of knowing the specific Registry Keys and files that Adobe CS will need to modify when updating or installing/removing packaged applications then build a GP that gives that group of users the necessary rights. Thus far I have been unable to find anything so I am hoping a Community Forum Outreach will work.
Thank you,

Hello Alisterblack,
Thank you... I discovered this option after contacting Adobe Chat Support. Unfortunately with the way the software works; our network is seeing it as a Trojan. The Adobe Chat Rep provided the following link as ports and URLs that the Network Admin will need to whitelist: About Adobe Creative Cloud Packager so I'm sharing it here incase other's encounter same issue. I will update as we move along.

You can use the Creative Cloud Packager to build a package with the CC Desktop Application and allow end users to install updates with elevated privileges.
