How to disable the online storage function for Creative Cloud users ?

Can I turn off the Creative Cloud user online storage function from the Adobe Admin Console ? How to set it or have other methods, Thank.

This is legitimately a moot point though as Adobe is ending Creative Cloud file syncing starting February 2024.
