How to Prevent Users From Logging In With Adobe IDs in Creative Cloud Enterprise 2015

We have an Enterprise License for Adobe CC 2015. We are an educational institution. In our labs, we provide PCs for our students to use Adobe applications. We do not want users to login to the cloud at all because the workstations have generic user profiles and the possibility of a user remaining logged in with their Adobe credentials is high. This presents a serious security and privacy problem. Therefore, as we have done with previous versions of Adobe Apps, we want to disable the cloud features and prevent users from logging into the Adobe cloud. Even though we exclude the Creative Cloud Desktop Application in the Creative Cloud Packager, almost all of the apps have big "Sign In" notices and some require an Adobe ID to allow the user to use the app. How to we get our Enterprise Licensed apps to NOT require Adobe ID Sign In at all?

Color me confused, but I don't see how either of those links answers his question. I have the same concern (Higher Ed, don't want "Sign In" windows to pop up when user launches the app)... Can someone please take another look at Adam's question?

-thanks
