I have a high level issue with Adobe in a VMware environment. VMware wants me to setup a call with someone in high level support at Adobe but I see no way to setup a specific time for a call. Most vendors I have worked with have a way to get support without getting transferred multiple times on 24/7 support line and never really knowing who you are talking to. Is there anyway to set this up, like an e-mail I can contact?
If you're an enterprise account administrator use the admin console to raise a support case, do not call or chat, that's for retail licenses.

To access the Support options, sign in to the Adobe Admin Console navigate to the Support tab.
You can create or manage your support cases or chat with Adobe Customer Care representatives.
