I have tried everything but have not been able to stop Adobe Education Exchange from sending me notification emails. Please help, I want this to stop. I am talking about newsletter emails with general information and not account related notifications. I have clicked to unsubscribe from everything dozens of times, the emails keep coming.

You should be able to unsubscribe to the emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe link on the email's footer. For additional help you can also see https://edex.adobe.com/help-center

Hi Vikrant,
Yes, I should be able to unsubscribe to the emails by clicking on the Unsubscribe link on the email's footer. But I have done so dozens of times yet I am stll recieving emails. I would not be posting here if it was so easy.
You mention that I can see https://edex.adobe.com/help-center for additional help, how so? I have seen that page, there is nothing there that helps me.
I am still searching for a way to stop receiving emails from Adobe Education Exchange.

I have the same issue since a few months. IVe unsubscribed all newsletter from adobe multiple times now, but I still get them. I have the strong feeling that unsubscription is simply not working.

Yes, the unsubscribe functionality of the newsletter is totally broken.
The unsubscribe option is required by law. Now, I have brought it to their attention that it is broken. You confirm this, so it is not a "me" issue, it is an Adobe issue.
Any one-man-band can and does have this unsubscribe functionality sorted out and working for their mailing list, Adobe the multi-million dollar corporation however cannot seem to figure it out, in fact they seem to be unable to even process the information that we are giving them, that it is broken.
Of course, they don't care since fixing this does not increase profits in some way, so ignore ignore ignore.
The employee response was the typical ****, assuming that we are here because we don't understand the first thing about how to use computers and assuming that user-stupidity is the cause of this forum post. They need to get their head out of you know where and fix it.
Done ranting for the moment, but I will probably be back for more.

Yes... But I'd rather that Adobe fix their unsubscribe functionality and comply with the law on this matter.
At this point it's about principle, the whole thing rubs me the wrong way that Adobe does not feel that they need to comply with the unsubscribe requirement for their newsletter.
