Hi,
surely this is a beginner's question:
We bought a school license for students, we downloaded and installed the apps on our macs -- so far so good.
How's the workaround when students are invited to use the programs by the admin? Meaning: When doing lessons how to authentificate as an student on a school's computer?
It would be nice to have some experience before term starts in August... Screenshots appreciated.

Hello,
The user who has the entitlement of All Apps would be able to access the applications which are installed on the machines. Apart from that you can set up SSO and add the users are federated ID so that only the users of your school can sign in and access the apps.
