Having huge problems with Creative Cloud. I have a VIP account, 5 licences. Everybody is experiencing app crashing. As a result I lost a huge document that potentially could have cost the company thousands of pounds. (luckily I had a pdf) the file is completely corrupt now. As a result I am trying to use cloud storage though syncing, im told is yet available to me to locally to do because im told this feature is gven out in 'batches' even though the adobe website says 'As a member, you are entitled to download and use new features as they are released; you get the best tools straightaway'. I have tried calling on the phone and though the person was helpful very little was identified as possible causes. On chat twice and the best advice was to log out and back in again. Please help, having the threat of files becoming corrupt because of daily crashes is completely unnacceptable. What can I do?

Thank you Romit,
Applications DO NOT CRASH IMMEDIATELY, InDesign crashes randomly once or twice a day. On one occassion it crashed and I could no longer open the file I was working on, this file now has become corrupt and everytime I try to open it InDesign crashes.
Why is this, what has caused the file to become corrupt, can this file be fixed???????
