I added all apps but now I cannot see my Photoshop

Hello

 

I just added one licence of "ALL APPS" but now I cannot see my licence for my Photohop.  What I wanted to do is to just ADD and "ALL APPS" license to my my aqccount

 

how can I get help to address this issue?

You can do that fine. On your Adobe ID you can have Photoshop. On the other person's Adobe ID they can have all apps - but only they will see it. You CANNOT

- share an Adobe ID
- see anyone else's Adobe ID info

- manage or cancel a plan for anyone else

- transfer a plan to someone else.

It sounds as if, though, you added all apps to your account. Not to the other person's account. If that is the case cancel it immediately, Adobe MIGHT refund it so the other person (not you) can purchase it. On th

Please check if the Photoshop license was under the same Gmail account or a different account. You might have to sign in with another account if it was under a different contract.

What were you trying to achieve? To end up with the rights to run more copies of Photoshop than the other apps? It doesn't work that way.

I do not undersand your question...

 

I have one person that ONLY needs Photoshop an ONE person that needs the entire suite.  I have had Photoshop for years, now I wanted to add the all Applicaiton license for the other user.  Are you saying that I cannot do that?
