how are you? I can't cancel my automatic card payment. Please cancel the automatic payment. When I try to do it myself, it says that I have not subscribed to a paid payment, but the card company says that automatic payment is approved. Please cancel.

you posted in the enterprise & teams forum implying you're the administrator for an enterprise/teams subscription.
is that true?
if so, use the support tab of your admin console to discuss.
