Please can anyone help an old girl out (I'm only 36 🤦:female_sign:) trying to go back to college!
I purchased a student bundle from Adobe on the black Friday sale, so all of them. I signed up with my student email in order to verify I am a student. The money has come out of my bank account for the first month. I downloaded the apps I needed at first (in design, illustrator and photoshop) and it said it would be a 7 day free trial so I just assumed after the 7 days would be when my purchase begins. But no! Now I can't download any apps as its saying I need to buy them? I followed the link from my student email to download the apps but its just downloading and then when I go into it says my 7 day free trial has ended. If I try to contact Adobe it says I need to contact my IT support in college.
What have I done wrong!!!? 😑

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
if you don't have the cc deskotp app, install the cc desktop app from here https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
p.s. if you have trouble downloading, clear your browser's cache, try another browser or use the alternate links at the bottom of the above page.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location
