I can't erase my account??

Kind of panicking right now since I no longer want creative cloud and i find NO WHERE where I can delete my monthly payment through my teams account?` I cannot afford this anymore adn I have searched for two weeks on how to erase this.   HELP
I login to my admin console, click the plan where I can see "Your plan" and the list of programs but NO "manage account" that will take me to the delete option, only "view all apps and services".   
I am behind with payment by 7 days now.
please help!

@Slemily I am unable to find any Individual licenses under your account. There is one Teams license that has been canceled.

Hi @Slemily ,

 

Regarding cancellation of plans, you would have to contact support by raising a ticket. Please navigate to the support tab in the Admin Console.
