My laptop is broken.
I paid for it, but I haven't used it for three weeks.
I know it will probably take longer to repair.
So I want to cancel my subscription because I can't use Adobe Premiere Pro.
Futhermore it can't be canceled because it's purchased under the school name how much I look for it.
Please help me!
Account owner is me. but I don't know how to cancel.
You need to contact the person responsible for the subscription at your school
That is me.
I am person who responsible for the subcription. but I can't find the cancel button
Moved to the Account, Payment, and Plan forum.
yes I did it, but They don't
have a cancel button in plan form
In personal account, I did it.
but this one is under the school
name. so I can't find it in plan form. I don't know why.
Copy link to clipboard
ie, that's the school's adobe plan administrator.
I am plan administrator.
How can I cancel this subcription.
I can't find. I almost tried to find 1hours in homepage. but I couldn't
did you figure it out? i'm having the same issue.
same problem here!!!
I'm not sure? Just like the first person, my plan was made through "creative cloud for students" and I had to use my school email through that plan.
check your account to see if you can cancel.
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support by using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
There is no cancel button and it says no items available under my plans even though I was charged money recently. I'll try to contact adobe support and my school.
oh it actually doesn't let me contact adobe support it just tells me to contact my school's admin
then you're not the plan administrator.
contact the plan's administrator.
You don't have a plan, at least not under your enterprise account.
If you are the plan administrator, you should be able to open the admin console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com.
If you an't do that, you are not the administrator of a teams or enterprise plan.
