I Can't find my free trial on my account and therefore can't cancel my subscription

I needed to use adobe illustrator momentarily for a over the summer school project earlier this week and I took the Adobe free trial for it. Now I have no need for an adobe subscription since the project is done, but I have an issue. I cannot find where to cancel my subscription, infact it seems as if I had no free trial at all. I got the verification emal, I did fill my card information and I got the email that I will be charged on june 24th if I don't cancel my subscription. I checked my account information and there are no active plans, but I can still use illustrator normally. I want to cancel my plan and I don't want to be charged. Could this be because I used my student email?

Hi @PartyLuka,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, I can confirm that you currently have an active Enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to submit this query. Previously, there was also a Teams contract linked to this account, which has since been canceled.

We hope this clarifies your concern. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Regards,
^AN

When I go trough the steps listed in this link:

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/cancel-teams-subscription.html?linkId=100000362376541

I got stuck at adobe console with a message "We're sorry

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."

As far as I know that means you have to contact the person at your school who manages Adobe accounts

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
