I can't find where to cancel an unused license of my plan

I have a plan for my company wth four licenses, which only three are currently under use. I would like to cancel one of them so then I wouldn't have to pay for that fourth one unnecessessarily. The problem is that I can't find a place where I can make that. There is no menu, button, option, nothing, either in the admin console or anywhere else in Adobe that let's me cancel my license. Can anybody help me on that?

Cancelling a license from your teams/enterprise subscription can only be done during the renewal window(last month of your subscription). See the following links for more details on the subject

You can only cancel during the last month before the anniversary date of your plan. Plans are annual. Administrators will get a mail, when the renewal approaches. At that moment, you can lower the number of licences that will be up for renewal in the admin console. You need to be an administrator to do that, but you do not need necessarily to be the contract owner.
