I can't get my enterprise license to recognize me. I keep getting trail software when I log in to CC.

I have had a previous license of CC, but recently our Institute got a site license. I've installed CC 2014 on a new machine, but it only offers me trial versions. I have tried the CC Cleaner Tool, and still get the same results. I've logged in and tried to see if I could disconnect any older licensing, but can't find that option anywhere. What are my next steps?
