I have CC for teams and in my desktop creative cloud app, some apps say "try" and some say "install." Since I have the CC plan, shouldn't they ALL say "install"?

Michele, here is what you can try:

1. Sign out from Creative Cloud and sign back in.

2. CC asking for serial number

3. CC unexpectedly revert to trial

Please share the results after performing the steps.
