i am in enterprise adobe creative cloud app using with adobe creative cloud desktop updates after not able to login continously error .

admin not able to solve the issue. we tried adobe creative cloud desktop all updates after that login its going MFA authentication but notificaiton not come when adobe sign in we tried multiple times. same issue happen last 10 hrs tried
