I installed all Adobe CC (& CS6) products with Enterprise packager but Acrobat & Scout missing.
I found this article to install Acrobat before package.
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/deploying-acrobat.html
Now I have to uninstall all products.
Windows (all products)
1. Back up all files stored in Adobe product directories. See Back up files in Adobe product directories.
2. Uninstall Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. See Uninstall Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.
3. Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool (attached in this step):
AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.zip
Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for Windows (Enterprise users)
a. Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for Windows.
b. Extract the files in AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.zip.
c. Choose Start > Run and type cmd.
d. In the Command Prompt window, change directories to the Adobe_Creative_Cloud_Cleaner_Tool directory you created in step b.
e. Type AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe ‐‐removeAll= CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS
f. To remove Flash Player, type AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe --removeAll= CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS --removeFP=1.
4. Make sure that the tool completed successfully. See Verify that the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool completed successfully.
Create separate package for Acrobat DC install using this at a command prompt.
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/deploying-acrobat.html
From this it looks like syntax to install is:
<Package Location>\Exceptions\APRO15.0en_US\Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe
Not sure why Scout didn’t install & can’t anything regarding that. But will try to create separate package for that too. Then install before other Adobe products.
I will edit the original package I created removing Acrobat & Scout out. Then I will run package again.

Acrobat in the context of CS6 AAMEE and CC Creative Cloud Packager has always been an "Exception" installer. You need to check in the Exceptions folder of your CS6 AAMEE Package or your CCP package. Also have a look at the documentation for installing Acrobat in CS6 and CC as both require that Acrobat be installed first, then the regular CS6/CC apps second, and finally all the other Exception installers third on Windows OSes.
