So I'm trying to download premiere pro to my windows pc and the downloading bar gets stuck at around 50%. I tried looking at the help page to see if I could find something to help but when I tried the uninstaller, I click repair and it gives me an error occured and it tells me to reinstall the creative cloud. I click on uninstall and it says it successfully uninstalls with some errors. I try to install it again and it still gets stuck. I also tired the Log collector tool to see if I could delete the files mannually and the log program would freeze a few seconds after I launch it (Both the 32 bit and 64 bit). I don't know what else I should try.
