I pay for the student version and I have been able to downlaod it on 2 other devices - one is a old laptop that broke.
Now I cant downlaod it on my new laptop, it doesnt give me the same option - I can only get the trial.
I dont know who to contact or what i can do because i cant get out of the payments but i cant use it

1. Install Creative Cloud using the link below.

2. If you are unable to activate it, try the link below.
Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC

Hi Atul,
I have tried both of those and have installed creative cloud but only gives
me the trial options.
also the other link doesnt help as it is not showing an error, it is simply
not giving me the option to download the programs...

If you are getting that trial option to install it, kindly go ahead and install the software. We can certainly activate it after installing it.
We would like to know the results after you followed second link.
Did you try all the steps mentioned in second link? How does the hosts file look like when you opened it?
We would also like to inform you that the trial version has no functional difference when compared to activated version.
Kindly provide the screenshot of trial screen of the software and the hosts file, so that we can have a clear idea about the machine.
