Cancelling your plan is STUPID HARD. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE ON YOUR ****. Simply unsubscribing should not require contacting your support, EVERYBODY ELSE DOES IT WITH A CLICK OF A BUTTON. Not only that but all internal links are BROKEN. "Click here to contact..." and everything gives 404 and doing triple confirmation for "MY PROTECTION" just keeps in a infinite loop so I can't sing in to contact the place you demand me to contact.
Is your faith in your products so LOW that you have to use dark patterns to keep people in? **** you.
I will personally make sure that every company I will work now and in the future will have policy that NOBODY will use ANY of your apps. This cancellation policy will cost you mere tens of thousands of dollars on lifetime, but maybe you can chart that in your excel sheets when designing your dark pattern bull**** and tell me if it is good business.
Cancel my team plan I don't care how just do it or I will cancel my company credit card to avoid paying you anything.
Nice automatic content policy. Maybe you should try to make better products and not sensor me?
