IDEA - improve user management for CC apps

New Here ,
Jul 01, 2025 Jul 01, 2025

I think there is huge space for improvement at Adobe.

Today - after assigning e.g.  CC apps plan administrator cannot see if app is actually being used. So if I assigned 100/100 apps available in my organization and I have another request there is no way for me to tell if all 100 users that hold licenses actually use them.

Expectation - provide admins oversight of CC apps usage, e.g. equivalent of last login date in Adobe Workfront, a clear indicator of when was the last time a given user actually did open up and used the app.

Happy to provide further details to Adobe team if interested in picking up this topic

Hi @Rafal38002000ormj,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding Adobe license management.
At present, the Adobe Admin Console does not provide functionality to track individual usage of Creative Cloud applications, including details such as frequency or duration of use by licensed users.
We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our internal teams for further consideration. Thank you for helping us improve our products and services.

Regards,
^AN
