We need Adobe to change their identity settings in the Administrative Console. The Max Session Life and Session Idle Time settings are normally set to default as unlimited. We have set these for our institution and really need Adobe to change this timeframe to be able to increase the number of days for Max Session Life and Session Idle Time -- having options like 30, 60, 90, 120 days would be extremely helpful.

Hi @Crystal5FC5,
Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the delay in response.
It appears that you are attempting to modify the Max Session Life and Max Session Idle Time settings within the Advanced Settings under the Authentication Settings tab. Currently, the maximum session duration that can be configured is 14 days.

Additionally, please note that Adobe generally advises against setting overly short session policies unless there are specific security requirements. Short session durations may lead to users needing to sign in more frequently, which could impact the user experience. For most Adobe customers, leaving these settings at their default values is typically the best option.
For further details, I suggest reviewing the official Adobe documentation on authentication settings, available here.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you. The issue is that there is no form attached to that URL.

Hi @CD5FC5
,Thank you for reaching out. Currently, there is no dedicated request form for Admin Console-related requests. However, you can submit your idea by clicking on Creative Cloud Feature Requests and posting it under the Creative Cloud Community Idea tab.
Alternatively, since you have already posted this in our community, that is also perfectly fine. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks. I also want to underscore that this came up as a suggestion in the first place because we have not had success in obtaining usage data from Adobe; so while Adobe doesn't recommend changing those settings, we do so in order to have metrics that we can use to understand user needs/demand.
