Illustrator 2020 package broken

Enthusiast ,
Feb 25, 2020 Feb 25, 2020

I'm trying to create a package for Illustrator using the standard web interface for a team. The package is made, I download it, and it launches in the Mac OS Installer program. But when I actually run the installation it takes forever and Illustrator never appears.

I've made packages for earlier versions of Illustrator and the other 2020 Adobe apps, and they work as expected.

Thanks for the info. I checked the logs and saw a vareity of strange errors. I think my package got corrupted somewhere along the way. I re-made it and all is good now. False alarm!

Hi,

First step would be to check that you meet the system requirements for this version of Illustrator.

The next step would be to check the logs which will help us narrow down where an issue might be occurring.
