In Creative Cloud Application "unable to reach adobe servers please check your firewall settings"

In Creative Cloud Application, when I am trying to login in that application it is prompting that "unable to reach adobe servers please check your firewall settings" I have allowed all the blocking IP's from firewall, but still getting the same error.

Are there any specific IP's which needs to be allowed from firewall to connect to Creative Cloud Application.

Hi Ayush,

I would like to inform you that our services are hosted on amazon servers and they have dynamic IP’s so we can’t share IP’s to our customers as they will prove no good to them.

Secondly, amazon maintains a list of IP’s whenever they update, this information is publicly available here : https://forums.aws.amazon.com/ann.jspa?annID=1701#

This is the best if you can add domain on firewall however if not supported, you can open TCP ports 443 and 80 for outbound.

Thanks,

Ashish

@Ayush : A different URL is used to login to the desktop application and a different URL is used for downloading Adobe products from our servers. I believe if we can whitelist the above mentioned URL's within your firewall/proxy, the download should be fine as well.

I had the same issue.  Resolved by simply adding Adobe.com in IE Compatibility settings.

I've been getting a similar error over the last couple of days when installing or updating applications. Currently trying to install After effects and it will progress 1 or 2% and then throw the 'Installation failed' error with a learn more link that says 'Unable to reach adobe servers. Please check you internet connectivity, firewall settings and then try again.' error. If I hit retry it will progress another 1 or 2% and then stop again.

Is there currently an issue with Adobe servers?
