I currently have a indesign subscription monthly annual, but I also had a trial Cloud subscritions which I did not continue after trial.
I now want to cancel my indesign subscription, but it would not allow me because of the trial cloud subscription. So I put in my payment details as I could not continue untill entered, now I am paying for cloud as well I tried to cancel its now saying I will have to pay for the rest of the year?
I cancelled as soon as I put the details in.
Can someone help please

We reviewed the email address that you used to post here and found out that you had purchased an Indesign Teams License; hence, you will have to contact support for assistance regarding a Teams License cancellation. in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
