InDesign and InCopy 19.2 not yet available on the cloud packager

Why does it sometimes take so long for titles to become available on the cloud packager? This is somewhat rhetorical. I know it's because of different BUs, people involved, vacation schedules, etc. but why do we always have to wait? InDesign 19.2 is badly needed in our company for the macOS 14 flicker fix. Please post it already.
