Hi - i need to cancel our indesign subscription and swap it for illustrator. How do i do it best?
The link @Manan Joshi provided is for standard subscriptions. If you have a Teams subscription, you need to contact either your reseller or you need to go to the admin console, support tab and to contact Adobe support (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support). You have to be an administrator to be able to use the admin console.

If you get stuck somewhere or are asked to pay cancellation fees, contact support they should help you with that. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

Hi! Thank you! I am an admin, and i tried that but i can see only an option to add a licence not to resign from one - i want to remove indesign and add illustrator. ANd there is no way to reach the support. I have spent like an hour going in circles...:(

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

I do not have the chat option and the expert session is ''currently available''. The support email did not respond in 2 weeks now. I am super disappointed.
