I'm having the same issue. Using OS 10.12.3. I've removed all Adobe software, removed all Adobe items from Application support, preferences, etc. still not able to install Creative Cloud Packager. Error A12E3.

that does me no good. my drive is formatted with Mac OS journaled. I am unable to install the Creative Cloud Packager. Getting the error a12e3 every time I try to install from the Adobe website.

You might need to clean up a previous corrupt installation.
