Installation is a nightmare. HELP!!!!

New Here ,

I am trying to install the Creative Cloud on my work computer. I am not an IT, nor do I have access to any IT help where I am.
I am part of the Adobe Licensing for Enterprise, have followed all the steps, have downloaded the packages I want, but I can't find them anywhere on my computer. I have no idea what ARD is or how to use it, and all the "help" pages online are really confusing. I've spent 3 days on this, it's ridiculous.

What the hell am I doing wrong? What are the steps I need to take (in English, not crazy tech speak)?

Honestly, installing this software should not be this hard...

Hi,

Thanks for your help. As I thought, I had done everything correctly.

So I went in the Build folder, then clicked on Adobe_Install.pkg. I went through the installation steps but end up with " The Installation Failed."

Now what?

Thanks.
