I have created an installation package with Adobe CCP. The created package looks fine, but it's not possible to install the package.
I have tried both, 32 Bit and 64 Bit versions, all with the same result. I have also tried to create the package on another computer und also tried to install on several other computers.
After some failures, I have reduced the included programs for the testing to only Dreamweaver. Installation fails every time.
Package created on
- Windows XP (SP3)
- All Adobe Software (even Flash Player and Adobe Reader) removed before packaging
- Machine rebooted before packaging
Tried to install on
- Windows 7 (SP1)
- Several Adobe software (Adobe Reader, Flash Player, Adobe CS5) is installed
- Machine rebooted
- Shut down all common programs
- Tried to install (run /Build/setup.exe)
The installation terminates without any message or error.
During installation no other programs, installations or Windows updates are running.
