I recently started an in-the-office kind of job and I'm having trouble installing a new license over a colleagues' license that's already installed on my PC. When I login as me, I'm prompted to install. When I go to the Adobe CC website, it shows that all the apps I use are already installed. Do I need to uninstall all my apps to update my license? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

You don't need to re-install the apps. Please try signing out and then signing back into the Creative Cloud desktop app.

  1. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app. Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the app and click Sign Out.
  2. Sign back in with your account.

Hope this helps!
