I deployed a Standard license to a user, but it turned out that he needed a feature only avalabile in Pro. I purchased the license and changed his license type in the Admin Console. Will this "unlock" the feature for him, or do I need to reinstall the application?
Hi there,
Yes, reinstallation is required as the product type got changed i.e. Standard is installed, which is a different type of product in the Acrobat family, also, the installation setup is different for both the apps.
