Is Spark included in the free EDU access?

So these COVID-19 temporary student licenses will not include Adobe Spark?  It would be helpful if you can include a list of the online services not included with these licenses.  Thanks!

If it is in the service entitlements associated with the account that is added to your institution's Admin Console, and if the admin has provisioned the free Spark for Education license to you then yes you will have the access to free Spark.
