Is there a way to set up nitifications within Adobe Console?

I would like to set up notifications to inform me when I am getting low on the number of device/user licenses I have to I can remove unwanted ones and reclaim the license for another machine/user.

Can this be set up - I can't find anything like it anywhere.

To my knowledge, there is no such notification. However, as only dedicated administrators can assign licences, I do not see a need for this.
