Is there any support from adobe?

We have an enterprise account with hundreds of licenses and zero support.

In the admin console, there is a chat with a bot assistant that wastes time 99% of the time. When the chat is transferred to an agent, the agent leaves the conversation without saying anything and ends the chat. I have tried multiple times, and the same thing has happened each time.

The phone support in Japan does not offer assistance in English.

Is there any decent support available that I can reach out to for help?

As per my knowledge, the UST/UMAPI option is available with Enterprise licenses/contracts, and currently, you have the Teams contract, which is not supported. Kindly work with your Account Manager to check the process of migrating the licenses to Enterprise.

Hi @Ricardo38935778nctk

I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing in connecting to the support team.
It seems you have a Teams contract with Phone and Chat support only in the regional language under which you purchased the contract. Kindly help me with the issue you are facing, and I will try my best to provide a solution.

Hello Sujoshi.

We used to have automation to manage users for onboarding/offboarding through the user manager API. Those who automated it left the company two years ago. Now looks like the token is expired, we cannot find the project this API is linked, at least it is not visible from any admin account on the developer console. When we tried to create a new API, the user manager API was unavailable to us; it was greyed (disabled) with the message "Permission required. This service is available in your organization but has not been provisioned to your. Reach out to your admin to grant youPermissionn to use this service."

But we are supposed to have the highest admin account.
We need to know how to find the project that is linked with the current token to renew it or how to have permission granted to the User Management API to create a new one.

Thank you

Also, What do we do to get to know our account manager? I didn't even know we had one.
