I work for a large School District.  We are trying to track what license keys are being used for Adobe Pro 11 installed on our Macs  throughout the schools and offices.

Don't know why but the messenger system isn't working quite right so...

You will need to gather the SWID tag files and the SWID tag file information from the machines in question and then provide Adobe Customer Service with the encoded serial numbers.  You can use the SWID tag script in the ETK: Identifying Existing Installs — Enterprise Administration Guide   to help you but depending on how many serial numbers you have in use this might take a while.
