I manage a team with 9 CC liscences. I was contact by my "account manager". He has adobe email adress. He ask to contact me to offer me a deal. I accepted, we meet via BlueJeans connect (?) and an other guy jump in and start talking about my liscence. He clearly have info on my account (monthly bill, date, etc..). I ask him if we can cancel some liscences because i had to let go a few employee. He offer me to keep the liscences but since we are good customers, he offer to give me the next month free. That about 900$ US. I thank him, but im instantly suspicious. The agent take back the conversation and set up a new meeting to 'finalise' the process. We hang up. I called adobe to confirm that the agent is indeed legit and adobe confirm he is a legit agent.. I am still very suspicious. The phone number in his email signature is not the same as the website, the logo is blurry, blue jeans connect? The fact that an other guy took the conversation over... and i cant verify if he is legit. I did not give any specific info. Its very strange at best. Toughts?
Hello,
Unfortunately, I am unable to verify your account manager details because of the type of contract. Kindly check with your "account manager" about the third person who attended the meeting or contact the support team directly who would be able to confirm more details.

Do you recall the division that the person who contacted you said they were from?
Could it have been the Adobe "Global Business Direct" unit?
