User A uses a desktop as well as a laptop.
Installed the CC Services to the desktop no problem but have not had success in installing same to laptop. The CC downloads fine but it does give a brief error during the initial install part.
After that, it appears to have installed only to get the "app seems to be taking a long time" message and ultimately I get error 0xc000007b.
I have tried all the various methods called out online (uninstalling CCS, trying the uninstall tool, etc); I did not, however, get into the uninstalling the MS C++ files.
Any ideas?
