Hi, i've been working at the same company for years and we have been using adobe teams for a while now. Since today when logging into my account (which has all my assets/libraries/fonts/kuler colors) i got the prompt saying chose your account 'Business Account' or 'Personal Account' but for some reason only the Business Account has a subscription attached to it. Which would be fine if all my assets were not on the 'Personal Account'. After looking at the help forums i found a post that said i can transfer some things by downloading them and re-uploading them to the business cloud account, but i cannot do that with my libraries, because both the Business and Personal accounts have the exact same e-mail adress it just says 'you already have acces to those files' while i don't on my business account which now holds the subscription. I contacted our IT-department and they checked for me, nothing at all changed on our subscription end (which was last paid for in june 2021 for a year).

Did you get an option to migrate the assets? Asset migration option do depend on what plans you has before these profiles were set up. Do you have any plans other that the ones provided by the Team? Again, some more details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/introducing-adobe-profiles.html
It is totally a mess.
How can I open my cloud file with Personal account?
Everything I have created in past, files, photos in Lightroom were in Cloud was associated with Perosnal Account. And it is the same as Business Account. But right now I can't get access and Adobe is asking for Payment. I have valid license on my Business Account but I can't open my files form the Perosnal Account. It is really a mess by Adobe.
Need to be fixed ASAP.
