Bonjour, 

J'ai envoyé un bon de commande pour renouveller mes abonnements ADOBE et pas de nouvelles de mon gestionnaire de compte !! Sa boite mail est pleine. ADOBE Menace de fermer le compte de notre établissement. Avez vous une adreesse mail ou numéri de téléphone qui fonctionne pour renouveller notre abonnement.

Sorry for the trouble caused. You would have to contact support for assistance related to the assignment of an Account manager. Could you please try contacting support via the Admin Console > Navigate to the support tab > Start Chat.
