joned team but no products

I recently started a new job and the organisation has a team account with Creative Cloud and two licenses for InDesign. The old person who had my job was removed and I was added to the team account. I recieved an invitation to join the team and I followed the instructions, but when I sign in it says I am on the Creative Cloud Free Membership and that I have no products.

I have looked through the Team Admin settings with the administrator and we can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas?

Hi Matthew,


Seems like you were not able to accept invite successfully. Kindly try to accept invite  using different browser. Just Right click accept  invite button in your team invitation email  and copy hyperlink and paste in different browser.

Thanks for the quick reply, that's sorted it out. Didn't even realise it was defaulting to IE when I clicked the link.
