Leave Shared Assets

Explorer ,
Apr 13, 2023 Apr 13, 2023

Hi
I and other Team users are trying to leave Shared Assets and after leaving the assets with a green pop saying everything went OK the assets are "reapearing" from the dead.
We just can't "Leave" Shared Assets.
Anyone has the same issue? Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi @JPSAdd

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of what you're seeing? Which Adobe subscription you're using? Is it a Teams or an Enterprise account?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi
It is a Teams Account.
I'm NOT the folder owner. Just Shared with me.

Thanks

The problem is still unsolved.
We can't leave shared folders.
Any more info? Are we doing anything wrong? Is hard because there not margin for user error, just clicking Leave option in not rocket science but...

@JPSAdd have you cleared your browser caches and signed out and back in to the assets.adobe.com site?

@Tarun Saini

there's another report here, https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/leave-shared-folders-not-working/...

but it's not clear any reporters have teams or enterprise subscriptions.

No it is not. A workaround is not a solution and it only works for Users who can edit.
