Hi
We arev having problems Leaving Shared Folders.
On the WEB interface the User clicks Leave folder (not the owner) the Folder is removed but after a Page Refresh, voilá, the Folder is back again.
Does nyone else have this problem? What are we doing wrong? A simple click on Leave option does not leave a great margin for error, but...
Thanks
Regards

Hi @JPSAdd,
Could you please let us know if you have an individual account or an enterprise account? Is it possible if you can share your Adobe ID with us via private message?
Regards,
Tarun

Having the same issue. I click "Leave" in the web interface, it throws up a warning, I click Leave again to confirm, it tells me "Successfully left 1 shared asset" and then the folder comes back. This is an Enterprise account.

Any estimate on when this will be fixed? Given the lack of selective sync in Creative Cloud, it's important for our team to be able to remove themselves from big project folders when they need to.

Hi
As Adobe doesn't care about customers' needs, "Selective Sync" is not available yet and "Leave Shared Resource" doesn't work. Looking at Adobe's past behavior, it's a problem that will take some time to resolve. The only thing Adobe is interested in is launching new products. Solving problems comes last.
There is a "workaround" that works for Users with Edit permission. In that case, the user must choose the option "Share -> Invite", choose his name in the list of Users and choose "Leave".
I hope this solution helps, until Adobe understands how to keep customers loyal and satisfied by fixing problems that shouldn't even exist. If they spent more time testing and improving the tools that exist instead of wildly developing more and more products, it would be much better.
